Mary M. Parziale, 100, DuBois died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015 at Christ the King Manor.
Born Aug. 9, 1915 in Tyler, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Carmella (Constantin) Pirraglia.
She was married to James Parziale. He preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 1972.
She retired as a cook from Riverside Market in DuBois. She was a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, and she loved to cook and bake and play Bingo.
She is survived by a son, Vincent Parziale and his wife, Elizabeth of Maple Glen, two grandchildren, Christopher and James Parziale and four great-grandchildren, Justin, McKenzie, Whitney and Karlee Marie Parziale.
She was preceded in death by her son, Carmen Parziale, five sisters, Angelina Guido, Frances DiLullo, Rose Sarick, Anna Rocchi and Nancy DiLullo) and five brothers, Anthony and Joseph Pirraglia and Lewis, Andrew and Dominic Rio.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Thursday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home Inc. A scriptural wake service will be prayed at 4 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at the Chapel at Christ the King Manor with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.
Burial will follow in St. Catherine Cemetery.
