Larry M. “Bunny” Kephart Sr., 72, of Osceola Mills died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015 at Tyrone Hospital in Tyrone.
Born March 18, 1943, he was the son of the late Oscar and Bethel (Kephart) Kephart Wilks.
Mr. Kephart was of the Christian faith. He had worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Mr. Kephart was a 1961 graduate of the Philipsburg–Osceola High School.
He is survived by two daughters, Lori Kephart Dumm and her husband, Patrick of Kenhorst and Cheryl Green of Allport and two sons, Larry M. (Cubby) Kephart Jr. of Osceola Mills and Michael D. Kephart of Morrisdale.
He is also survived by a sister, Jackie Conklin and her companion, Eddie of Manville, NJ; a brother, Oscar “Sonny” Kephart of Mountain Top; 10 grandchildren, Jason Kephart, Rachael Kephart, Paul Thompson, Ceirra Moll, Ryan Tuckey, Brealee Kephart, Kieren Kephart, Morgan Green, Clayton Green and Seth Green; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with the Rev W. Dean Krause officiating. Burial will be at the Sanborn Cemetery in RD Houtzdale.
Friends will be received from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
