CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Riverfront project is 75 percent complete.
The sidewalks, Amphitheatre and terraced elevations are well under construction.
The community will see the heart of the activity transforming the former Novey Recycling site into the Raftsman Memorial Park over the next few weeks.
Arctic willows are on schedule to be planted along the riverbank in November when dormant, as planned.
