CLEARFIELD – A Howl-O-Ween pet parade will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 10 during the Clearfield Fall Festival. It will be sponsored by the Alleghany Spay & Neuter Clinic/Animal Welfare Council.
It will take place at the Express Café parking area. Festival-goers are invited to bring their pets in costume. Also, festival-goers may come in costume if they wish.
The Howl-O-Ween pet parade is free to enter, and prizes will be awarded. Each pet will receive a treat bag, as well.
All animals must be leashed and current on vaccines. No animals should be forced to wear costumes that cause any discomfort or injury to the animal.
Guest judges will select the prize-winning costumes. Everyone is invited to bring their pet out to the festival and to enjoy a fun event with their four-legged friend.
