Sherril M. Mullins, 66, of Clearfield and formerly of Curwensville, died Friday, Sept. 25, 2015 at the Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
She was born March 2, 1949 in Johnson City, NY, a daughter of Mary (Robison) Caldwell of Curwensville and the late William Caldwell.
Mrs. Mullins had been employed by the Curwensville School District, working in the cafeteria.
She enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family, especially watching her grandchildren play sports. She was a Protestant by faith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Albert ‘Pooch’ Mullins, to whom she was wed Feb. 10, 1967.
She is survived by two daughters, Laurie Hoffman and her husband, Kevin of Frenchville and Shelly Barrett and her fiancé, Ray Rosman of Olanta and four grandchildren, Jade Barrett and Justin, Rachel and Trevor Hoffman.
She is also survived by three sisters, Becky Greslick and her husband, Tom of Curwensville, Sandy Chelgren and her husband, Lynn of Grampian and Robin McKee and her companion, Dave of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and two brothers, David Caldwell of Curwensville and Jim Caldwell and his wife, Elizabeth of Grampian.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie and Roger Caldwell.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held in the Friends Cemetery, Grampian.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, 501 Howard Ave., Suite D., Altoona, PA 16601.
