State police at Punxsutawney
- An incident of DUI occurred Sept. 4 on Knoxdale Road near the Meade Chapel Church in Knox Township. During the incident, a 29-year-old Knoxdale man was allegedly stopped for a traffic violation and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed through the district court, state police said.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to an accident that occurred in the parking lot of a business.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute at the Edgewood Apartments.
- Police received a report about an alleged fight, which involved weapons, on Leonard Street.
- Police received a burning complaint that occurred in Golden Rod.
- Police received a report about a suspicious male in the Golden Rod area.
- Police received a report about an alarm on Turnpike Avenue.
Sandy Township
- On Monday a 29-year-old DuBois woman was cited for driving an all-terrain vehicle on Lincoln Drive.
- While attempting to change lanes Tuesday, a 19-year-old Brockway man side-swiped a vehicle driven by a 65-year-old Curwensville woman. Both vehicles were able to pull off of the road, and no injuries were reported, police said.
- Police received a report about a false alarm at Petco on Tuesday.
