Did you know there are 18 museums that make up the Smithsonian and more than 20 memorials/monuments in Washington, D.C.?
The “Save the Ritz” Committee will offer a day trip to Washington, D.C. on Sept. 12.
The transportation cost is $68. All monuments, memorials, the zoo and the Smithsonian are free.
The drop-off is at the Smithsonian and the day will be yours to do as you please.
Pick-ups will take place in Dubois, Clearfield, Philipsburg and possibly Bald Eagle. Call Pam Babick at 814-762-6430 for more information.
