TREASURE LAKE – A man was taken into custody on charges after an alleged domestic dispute Sunday on Rudder Lane in Treasure Lake, reported Sandy Township police.
According to the report, a 37-year-old woman and her 45-year-old husband allegedly engaged in an argument. It allegedly escalated and then ended with him using a baseball bat to smash a window in her vehicle.
The woman was sitting inside of her vehicle during the alleged incident. She sustained injuries due to glass, police said. Upon arrival to the scene, police located the man inside of the residence.
