Aileen M. DeLullo, 87 of DuBois died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015 at the DuBois Village.
Born Aug. 7, 1928 in Force, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl (Berti) DeLullo.
She was a graduate of the Spencer Hospital of Nursing in Meadville and of the Harrisburg Hospital School of Anesthesia.
She was a nurse anesthetist in the Harrisburg Hospital and the DuBois Regional Medical Center for 40 years.
She was a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in DuBois. She loved fishing and going to the beach and most of all, she loved being with her family.
She is survived by two sisters, Ermont Herzing of St. Marys and Margaret “Peg” Guido and her husband, Anthony of DuBois; a brother, David DeLullo Sr., and his wife, Diane of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Wil DeLullo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Pat, Daniel and Louis DeLullo and four sisters, Esther Saputo; Josephine Ford; Rose Maholtz and Veronica Dobson.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Fr. John Chaplin as celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Force,.
