State police at Clearfield
- On July 21, a 32-year-old Morrisdale man was allegedly stopped on Winburne Road in Cooper Township for several traffic violations. During the stop, state police allegedly found him in possession of a controlled substance. He was subsequently arrested at the scene for allegedly being in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed through the district court, state police said.
- An incident of DUI occurred July 21 on Winburne Road in Cooper Township. Further, a 30-year-old Morrisdale woman was allegedly stopped for several traffic violations and determined to be impaired. She was subsequently arrested for suspected DUI while also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed through the district court, state police said.
- An incident of harassment/assault occurred Wednesday on Curtain Street in Osceola Mills Borough. During the incident, a 19-year-old Osceola Mills man allegedly poked the victim in the back with a lighter. He also allegedly kicked the victim twice in the facial area. The man was cited for the incident, state police said.
