Stephania Paluda entered the gas industry in 2009 with a part-time internship at a subcommittee of Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association. She began working for PIOGA full-time as the public outreach and business development coordinator in 2012. She joined the Women’s Energy Network the same year. A year later, Paluda got laid off from PIOGA.
