TREASURE LAKE – A fire chief and volunteer firefighter have been charged with arson, according to the state police at DuBois.
Aaron C. Kulbacki, 22, and Christopher G. Leone, 24, both of DuBois, have been charged for an April 15 arson in Treasure Lake.
Kulbacki and Leone allegedly set a fire within a wooded area at the intersection of Harborview and Jolly Roger roads, state police said.
According to state police, Kulbacki was a volunteer firefighter and Leone was a fire chief for Treasure Lake on the day of the alleged arson.
Kulbacki and Leone were charged through the district court.
