BROCKPORT – The investigation is continuing into an alleged incident of aggravated assault that occurred Sunday on Route 219 in Brockport, reported the state police at Ridgway.
According to the report, Aaron M. Welsh, 31, of Brockport allegedly threatened two victims with a bolt action rifle. Welsh also allegedly discharged the firearm within the residence.
Welsh fled the scene on foot but was later taken into custody. Charges have been filed against Welsh through the district court in Johnsonburg, state police said.
