Arthur James Fagerty Sr., 72, of Grassflat died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at his residence. Born July 17, 1942 in Winburne, he was the son of the late Andrew and Margaret Petro Fagerty.
Mr. Fagerty had worked for Browning & Ferris in Youngstown, Ohio. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Curwensville.
He was married to Donna Z. Hemphill Fagerty. She survives.
He is survived by a daughter, Lori Ann Fagerty of Arlington, Texas and a son, Arthur James Fagerty Jr. and his wife, Terri of Leetonia, Ohio.
Mr. Fagerty is survived by his grandchildren, Ashley Marie Fagerty of LaBelle, Fla., and Evan James Fagerty of Leetonia, Ohio and his great-grandson, Carter James Catrucco of LaBelle, Fla.
He is also survived by two brothers, Stanley Fagerty and his wife, Cheryl of Dover, NJ and Donald Fagerty of Centre Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson Funeral Home, Grassflat, with Pastor James G. Walk officiating.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
