CLEARFIELD- State Police at Clearfield responded to a fatal accident on Banion Road, Bigler Township, on Sunday.
Donald Allen Spencer, 51, of Beccaria was traveling on Route 453 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clearfield County Coroner.
Police were assisted by Madera Ambulance and Rescue, the Madera Volunteer Fire Department, Ramey Volunteer Fire Department and the Houtzdale-Ramey Ambulance.
