CLEARFIELD- Police are requesting assistance in locating Todd D. Freeland, 43, from Clearfield.
Freeland has a warrant for a Protection from Abuse violation and has made threats to harm himself.
Freeland is driving a tan Toyota Camry with a PA PLATE: JDV3875. He was last known to be in the Caledonia Pike Area. If anyone comes into contact with Freeland or his vehicle please call 911.
