District Judge Patrick Ford of DuBois Presided over Preliminary Hearings Friday.
The following case has been continued.
- Michael Blair Richtarsic, 18, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs, selling or possessing an offensive weapon. A hearing has been scheduled for July 17. Bail in this case was set at $25,000 monetary.
The following defendants have waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Joseph M. Bogle, 28, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, careless driving, and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Johnny Weylin Petrillo, 32, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.
- William Paul Corle, 44, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Amanda L. Anthony, 27, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- David J. Testi, 27, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
