PUNXSUTAWNEY — Over the past year, Pennsylvania State troopers assigned to Troop C have been conducting investigations into illegal drug distribution in the DuBois, Brockway, Brookville, Clarion, Punxsutawney and Ridgway areas. Throughout these investigations, undercover troopers purchased controlled substances from as many as 22 individuals.
Wednesday afternoon, police held a press conference at the PSP-Punxsutawney barracks to announce a sweep that brought in 18 of these individuals, with four still on the loose at this point.
Pursuant to their warrants, the following individuals were taken into custody during the operation:

• Dennis Steiner, Sykesville
• Belinda Bullers, Brookville
• Gregory Geisler, Punxsutawney
• Thomas Heilbrun, Punxsutawney
• Timothy Kramer, Jefferson County Jail
• David Becker, Brookville
• Brandon Rowles, Reynoldsville
• Noelle Swearer, Ridgway
• Douglas Schulze, Ridgway
• James Tartal, Jefferson County Jail
• Mark Farnsworth, Punxsutawney
• Amanda White, Punxsutawney
• Alyssa White, Punxsutawney
• Robert Buckley, Brockway
• Alisha Moomau, Jefferson County Jail
• Breana Adams, Punxsutawney
• Adam Howard, Big Run
Outstanding warrants still exist for the following individuals, who are all being actively sought for violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug Device and Cosmetic Act:
• Drew Stevenson, Reynoldsville
• Patrick Meanor, Coolspring
• Ryan Myers, Clarion
• William Molina, Punxsutawney
