TYRONE — Clearfield Area High School freshman Brooke Cline was named to the 2015 All-Mountain Softball League Second Team in voting by the head coaches.
The all-stars were announced at the league’s annual spring sports banquet in the Tyrone Area High School Thursday.
Cline started every game at shortstop and led off in most of them for the Lady Bison.
In 14 league games, she was 13-for-44 at the plate for a .295 average. She had two doubles and drove in four runs.
Cline led the Lady Bison in hits as well as runs with 12 and stolen bases with nine in 10 attempts.
Clearfield finished in sixth place with a 5-9 record.
