WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – A 60-year-old Fresno, Calif., man, Ikwal S. Dhami, was cited for disorderly conduct after he allegedly refused to stop to let his passenger use the restroom while traveling Thursday on Interstate 80.
According to the report, state police at DuBois stopped a truck-tractor with a California registration on I-80 westbound near a rest area in Washington Township. State police had previously received a be-on-the-lookout alert for the truck-tractor.
State police allegedly found that the operator, Dhami, wouldn’t stop for the victim to use the restroom. State police said the victim had pleaded with Dhami several times and even pulled the air horn to make him do so.
Dhami then allegedly pulled out a pocket knife. He allegedly told the victim not to pull the air horn again, as he was late for court in Ohio, according to the report.
