DUBOIS – District Judge Patrick Ford of DuBois presided over preliminary hearings Friday.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas
- Dennis Charles Lemons, 37, DuBois, pleaded guilty to statements under penalty. A charge of materially false written statements was withdrawn. Lemons was ordered to pay $1,372.50 in fines and costs.
- Robert Joseph Milhomme, 29, Sykesville, pleaded guilty to harassment and driving without a license. Charges of assault and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked were withdrawn. Milhomme was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and cost.
The following defendants waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- David M. Coleman, 54, Sykesville, is charged by the Sandy Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol of a controlled substance and public drunkenness. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Ernest Moore, 51, Troutville, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Janet Marie Crooks, 41, Brockway, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI, careless driving and three summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Carey L. Bailey, 39, DuBois, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI, careless driving and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Patricia A. Cseh, 50, DuBois, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
