EMPORIUM – Ridge Road in Cameron County on the Elk State Forest will receive 1,288 tons of DSA limestone from Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc. to repair the driving surface.
This project will continue through May 29; motorists may see some delays when driving. Motorists are to be alert for heavy hauling and heavy equipment activity on Ridge Road between Hunts Run and Whitehead roads.
Work will continue on Brooks Run to replace culvert pipes. Further, 4,752 tons of DSA limestone will be placed on the road once the pipe installation is complete. Motorists should expect delays and use caution during this busy work season.
