Seoul’s High Court has suspended the one-year jail sentence for Heather Cho, the daughter of Korean Air’s chairman, who threw a tantrum on a flight over how she was served nuts.
Cho will be on probation for two years.
Prosecutors have a week to decide whether to appeal the new verdict.
