BROCKWAY – Route 219 between DuBois and Brockway is now open, according to Sandy Township police.
Update 12:10 p.m.
BROCKWAY – Route 219 at the Shooter Shop is currently closed in both directions due to a motor vehicle accident, according to the Sandy Township police.
As a result of the accident, police said an electric pole was sheared off, which caused it to fall across both lanes of traffic. No injuries were reported in the accident, said police.
“If you are traveling to or from Brockway, choose an alternate route. Unilec is en route to the scene, but it could be hours before the pole is cleared and repaired,” said police.

BROCKWAY – Route 219 is currently closed at the Clearfield/Jefferson County line due to a motor vehicle accident, according to Jeremy Ruffner of Clearfield 911.
Motorists should avoid this area, said Ruffner. No further information is available regarding the accident at this time.
