HUSTON TOWNSHIP – The investigation is continuing into an alleged incident of indecent assault that occurred between April 30, 2007 and April 28, 2008 in Huston Township, reported the state police at Philipsburg.
State police were contacted by Centre County Children & Youth Services. State police were advised that the victim had alleged to a mandated reporter that she’d been inappropriately touched several times by a juvenile known to her.
The juvenile suspect was acting as a babysitter at the time of the alleged acts, state police said. State police noted the investigation is currently pending a scheduled interview at the Child Advocacy Center in Bellefonte.
