Grace Ann Cantolina, 73, of Morrisdale died Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born March 27 1942 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy Maloney Biancuzzo.
Mrs. Cantolina was a member of the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale.
She was a certified nurse’s aide for HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, Pleasant Gap, from which she retired after 20 years.
She married her husband of 55 years, John Cantolina Jr., on May 7, 1960 at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield. He survives in Morrisdale.
Mrs. Cantolina is survived by two daughters, Anita M. Witherite and her husband, Michael of Morrisdale and Gina M. Soster and her husband, Michael of Snow Shoe.
She is survived by two sons, John Joseph Cantolina of Morrisdale and Paul T. Cantolina of Cassanova.
She is survived by eight grandchildren, Paul T. Cantolina Jr., Constance M. Horton, John A. Cantolina-Lyons, Melody M. Soster, Nathan A. Graham Jr. Mary C. Soster, Andrew R. Bass and Toby M. Soster and two great-grandchildren, Annabelle G. Horton and Paul T. Cantolina III.
Mrs. Cantolina is also survived by one brother, Phillip Biancuzzo and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael A. Cantolina; two sisters; and six brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale, with Father Robert J. Horgas as celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Cemetery, Morrisdale.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at the Strange & Weaver Funeral Home, Morrisdale. The Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
