MORRIS TOWNSHIP – Garrett S. Emigh, 22, of Morrisdale is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly possessing synthetic marijuana with the intent to deliver and related misdemeanors, reported the state police at Clearfield.
According to the original report, on Jan. 6, Emigh was allegedly found with numerous drugs, a large amount of cash and drug paraphernalia at a Wallaceton Road address. He was charged upon state police’s receipt of laboratory analysis.
Emigh’s was set at $25,000 pending further court proceedings, said state police.
