STATE COLLEGE – The Centre County Sudden Cardiac Arrest Chapter recognized Beth Smith, Davin Gibbins, Scott Burk and Nick Popchak for responding to a cardiac arrest at the East Coast Fitness Club on March 20.
Their actions, along with the State College police response, with an AED, saved the life of a member at the Fitness Club.
