Charles M. Renwick, 76, of Woodland died Friday, April 17, 2015 at Tyrone Hospital in Tyrone.
Born Sept. 13, 1938 in Sandy Ridge, he was the son of the late Melvin and Jean (Moore) Renwick. He married Carole A. (Cole) Renwick on Nov. 28, 1964 in Port Matilda; she preceded him in death on Sept. 8, 2007.
Mr. Renwick was a member of the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Sandy Ridge.
He retired in 2011 from the Charles M. Renwick, CPA accounting service in Clearfield.  He was a 1956 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola High School and graduated from the Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Mr. Renwick enjoyed woodworking, gardening, the outdoors and most of all spending time with his family. Â He was formerly a member of the Clearfield Area School Board. At one time, he was the treasurer for the Clearfield County Republican Committee.
He is survived by two daughters, Beth Ann Evanko and her husband, J. Michael of Warriors Mark and Erika Carole Renwick of Duncanville; a sister, Joanne Cartwright and her husband, Ralph E. Cartwright of Sandy Ridge; three grandsons, Adam, Ryan and Drew Evanko; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with the Rev. Charles R. Keller officiating. Burial will be at Gray’s Cemetery in Port Matilda.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 1 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
