A 14-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl were arrested by British police “on suspicion of preparing for an act of terrorism,” the Greater Manchester police said Sunday.
The boy was arrested after an examination of a number of electronic devices on April 2 in Lancashire, England.
The girl was arrested April 3 by officers from the Tactical Aid Unit in Longsight, England.
