CLEARFIELD – Employees from Helmbold & Stewart Insurance recently dressed down as part of a fundraiser, which benefited the Clearfield Area United Way at the same time.
Shown receiving the proceeds is Jeff Bellmore from Helmbold & Stewart, who is also a CAUW campaign team volunteer.
“We so much appreciate Helmbold & Stewart doing these, and any company is invited to contact the United Way for ‘Casual for a Cause’ stickers,” said Campaign Chair Debbie Bowser.
According to her, companies can participate in “Casual for a Cause” on one specific day, every Friday during a month, around a holiday, etc. “They can tailor it to their needs,” she said.
Bowser added that “It will help the CAUW’S 24 local member agencies, which help people in eastern, southern and central Clearfield County.”
