CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Revitalization Corp. (CRC) has announced its new board of directors for 2015, as well as acknowledged the service of its outgoing board members.
The 2015 board of directors consists of Katie Penoyer, president; Lisa Kovalick, vice president; Karen Miller, secretary; Joseph Kelly, treasurer; Leslie Stott, Darla Smay, the Rev. J. Rob Mellgard, Kathy Jacobson, Mayor Jim Schell and Heather Bozovich, solicitor.
The five new members selected to serve on the board of directors are Jodi Grumblatt, Liddle Gallery; Paula Collins, Shaw Public Library; Rikki Ross, Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging; Joseph Valenza, Kubista & Ryan LLP; and Terri Davis, Keller Williams Realty.
Serving on the board of CRC requires dedication, time and a commitment to improving the community,” said Penoyer. “We are grateful to our new, current and past board members for providing their time and talents to make a positive impact on the community of Clearfield.”
CRC acknowledges outgoing board member Eric Cummings, Kimberly Durant, Katie Miknis and Justin Schenck.
The CRC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization implementing the Main Street Four-Point Approach and serving the community since 2008.
