DUBOIS – DuBois City police have secured an arrest warrant for a 48-year-old DuBois man, Carl Roy Mock, who is registered as a “sexually violent predator,” according to Clearfield County District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr.
On Tuesday, Officer Michael P. Davidson of the DuBois City police obtained an arrest warrant for Mock. Mock had failed to comply with state registration requirements for convicted sex offenders, stated Shaw.
According to court documents, Mock had previously been registered as a “sexually violent predator.” On Jan. 19, he provided the Pennsylvania State Police, Megan’s Law Section, with information that his residence was located on Maple Avenue, DuBois.
Upon investigation police determined that Mock was not residing at the Maple Avenue residence. Also, police determined that he had not been residing at that residence since Feb. 3. Mock’s whereabouts are unknown at this time, stated Shaw.
Mock is described as a Caucasian male standing 6 feet and 1-inch tall. He has brown hair and eyes.
