DUBOIS – A Reynoldsville woman is facing charges after striking a pedestrian with her vehicle.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed with District Judge Patrick Ford’s office Feb. 13, Billie Jo Kniseley, 37, 6397 Route 322, Reynoldsville, is charged by the Sandy Township police with accidents involving death or personal injury and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
According to the affidavit, police were called to the Sheetz on Blinker Parkway in DuBois Jan. 30. When officers arrived, they were directed to two vehicles parked in spaces near the south side of the building.
The officers spoke to the victim who said he was getting out of his vehicle and was walking around it towards the front. As he got to the front, a second vehicle backed out from another parking spot and pinned the victim’s knee between the bumpers of the two vehicles.
The officers then spoke to the driver of the vehicle in question. When the officers asked the driver for her license, the driver allegedly said she did not have one. The driver then identified herself as Kinseley. A records check showed that Kinseley’s license has been suspended.
