State police at Ridgway
- An incident of retail theft occurred at the Wal-Mart store Feb. 12 on the Million Dollar Highway in Kersey. Further, a 29-year-old Emporium woman allegedly concealed items in her purse, which was discovered by store personnel. Upon investigation it was found that a 24-year-old Emporium woman allegedly conspired with her to attempt to remove the items without paying for them. Both were charged for the incident through the district court, state police said.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an alleged physical domestic dispute at the Edgewood Apartments. The incident remains under investigation with charges pending, police said.
- Police located a suspicious vehicle parked along Old Penfield Road. Upon investigation police found everything to be OK.
- Police received a report about a traffic violation in Morris/Cooper Township.
