DUBOIS – District Judge Patrick Ford presided over preliminary hearings recently.
A warrant has been issued for the following defendant:
- Donald James Nelson, 47, Johnsonburg, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
The following defendants have waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Steven Wade Brown Jr., 24, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.
- Jon Andrew Boboige, 45, Brockway, is charged by the DuBois City police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Nathan A. Davis, 39, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Jacob Arden Robinson, 20, an inmate at the Clearfield County Jail, is charged by the Sandy Township police with retail theft. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Cory Thomas Crawford, 27, Falls Creek, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with possession of marijuana, careless driving, and one summary traffic charge. A charge of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance was withdrawn. Bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.
- Jason Allen Shannon, 37, DuBois, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- John Ross Reasinger, 30, Falls Creek, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI and careless driving. Bail was set at $1,000.
- Jennifer Louise Bertiaux, 36, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property and two summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
