DUBOIS – Passages Inc. is looking for individuals or groups who are interested in making a difference in their community.
Supporting the victims of a crime people don’t like to talk about, sexual assault, gives you the opportunity to break the silence and say “no more” to “It’s not my problem.”
The training is composed of 40 hours of materials broken down in sessions, at either a group or individual pace, which will give the volunteers the ability to advocate for sexual assault victims on an on-call basis in medical and legal entities.
Once trained, volunteers are also able to be involved in PASSAGES fundraising and local community events that go on throughout the year.
