Albert J. Walentukonis, 65, of Frenchville died Friday, Jan. 23, 2015 at his residence. Born Oct. 22, 1949 in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Rose Fox Montani and his step-father, Frank Montani.
Mr. Walentukonis was Native American. He was a self-employed artist.
He’s survived by his significant other, Kay Brown of Frenchville.
He’s also survived by a daughter, Jessica Alexander of Otsego, Mich.; a sister, Carol Gafgen of Whiting, NJ; a nephew, Robbie Gafgen of Whiting, NJ; and four grandchildren.
In addition to his mother and step-father, he was preceded in death by a son, Dion James and a brother-in-law, Bobby Gafgen.
At the request of Mr. Walentukonis, there will not be any public visitation or services.
