The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel was closed Tuesday because of a suspicious package.
Officers were at the scene, as well as a bomb unit, said Staff Sgt. Jason Crowley, with the Windsor, Ontario, police department.
No one was arrested, but two men were being detained as police investigate, the spokesman said.
The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel connects Detroit, Michigan, with Windsor, Ontario, in Canada.
