DUBOIS – A 32-year-old DuBois woman will face multiple drug-related charges after law enforcement found her in possession of crystal meth, items of drug paraphernalia and a large sum of U.S. Currency, reported the DuBois City police today.
According to the report, police responded to assist Jefferson County Probation at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in the 300 block of South State Street. Upon arrival police were advised that probation officers had checked on their client and found her in possession of crystal meth.
Police obtained consent to search the residence, which yielded additional crystal meth, numerous items of drug paraphernalia and a large sum of U.S. Currency in close proximity to the drugs. The woman was subsequently taken into custody by probation officers and will face multiple drug charges through the district court, police said.
