Carl-James Turner, 55, of Curwensville died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at Ridgeview Elder Care after a short illness.
Born Jan. 28, 1959 in Miami, Fla., he was the don of LeRoy A. and Blanche (Desy) Turner. He was a mechanic and a truck driver, working for Travel Centers of America and various other trucking companies.
On Oct. 16, 1998 in Kylertown, he wed LeeAnn McGary, who survives along with three children, Kyle, Cory and Caitlin Turner, all of Curwensville.
He’s also survived by his mother of Reno, Nev.; one brother, Ricky J. Turner of Georgia; and two sisters, Mary Lou Preciado and Carolyn M. Turner.
He was preceded in death by his father; two sisters, Victoria Turner and Ramona Turner; and a brother, LeRoy A. Turner Jr.
At the request of Mr. Turner, there will be no viewing or services.
