State police at Clearfield
- An accident occurred Wednesday on Interstate 80 eastbound in Pine Township. Vladimir Nikolic of Bakersfield, Calif. lost control of his vehicle, which rotated clockwise and exited the right side of the roadway. His vehicle came to a rest along the right shoulder of I-80. Nikolic told state police that his vehicle started sliding while his engine brake was on and he was unable to regain control. Nikolic was wearing his seatbelt; he was cited for the accident.
State police at Philipsburg
- An incident of DUI occurred Nov. 27 in the area of North Ninth and Railroad streets in Rush Township. Further, state police conducted a traffic stop and found the male operator to be under the influence of alcohol. The male’s blood/alcohol content was 0.19 percent, state police said. Charges were filed through the district court.
Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a disabled vehicle in the area of East Pine Street and Cemetery Road. Upon arrival police found a vehicle was out of gas. Police provided traffic control until the vehicle was driven from the scene.
- Police received a report about a possible fire hydrant leak at the intersection of South Fifth and East Cherry streets. Police found the hydrant to be OK and that it was water run-off from South Fifth Street.
- Police received a report about a female who had lost her purse.
- Police assisted the fire department with a possible carbon monoxide alarm, which was activated at a residence on Nichols Street.
- While on patrol, police located two female juveniles who were out after curfew. They were transported back to their residences and released to their families.
- Police handled an alleged incident of harassment via communications. Further, a female reported that she was receiving text messages from another female.
- Police served a mental health warrant on a female along East Market Street. The female was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.
- Police had an identification card turned into the station after it was located along Third Street. Police contacted the owner and advised them to retrieve the card.
- Police received a report about a psychological emergency on Nichols Street. Upon arrival police made contact with the person. Police notified the appropriate agency to assist at the scene.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute on Clearfield Street. Upon arrival police found that it was a disagreement between family members.
- Police received a report about an activated alarm on Nichols Street.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute on Nichols Street. Upon arrival police found an altercation had occurred between a male and female over property.
- Police assisted with a medical emergency along South Second Street.
- Police located an open door to a local business. Further, police secured the business upon a search for activity.
- Police spoke to a resident about a landlord/tenant issue. They were referred to the proper authority.
- Police encountered a dog that was struck and injured along East Market Street.

- Police received a report about a disabled tractor-trailer in the area of the Clearfield Mall.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment.
- Police received a report about an alleged burglary on Montgomery Run Road. The complaint, police said, was unfounded.
