CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County DUI Strike Force will conduct roving patrols during the Christmas and New Year holiday enforcement period. The patrols could take place anytime now through January of 2015.
During the enforcement, officers will be watching for drivers who exhibit signs of impairment by drugs and or alcohol.
PennDOT data for Clearfield County shows that in 2013, 77 crashes occurred involving alcohol. Three people were killed as a result of those crashes.
