State police at DuBois
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Oct. 17-18 on Route 219 in Washington Township. During the incident, someone allegedly “turfed” the yard in a vehicle and struck a water well head before fleeing the scene.
State police at Philipsburg
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Oct. 10 at Snappy’s Convenience Store on North Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly sliced a tire on the victim’s vehicle.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about a deer that had been struck on the roadway in Glen Richey.
- Police received a report about an alarm at a local business. Further, police found an employee accidentally activated it.
- Police received a report about an incident of burglary at the Clearfield Area Middle School. The incident, police said, remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about a traffic complaint in Hyde.
- Police received a report about a minor accident in the area of Route 879 and Supercenter Drive.
- Police received a report about an alarm at a business on Daisy Street Extension. Further, police found an employee accidentally activated it.
DuBois City
- On Monday, someone allegedly sliced a tire on a Nissan Titan that was parked in the 300 block of South Church Street. The incident, police said, remains under investigation at this time.
- On Monday, police initiated an investigation into the alleged theft of prescription medication from an apartment in the 500 block of West Long Avenue.
- An elderly woman was reportedly walking around in the area of Prospect Avenue on Tuesday. Police said she appeared to be confused and upon locating her, they returned her home. Police also contacted a family member and advised them of the situation.
