DUBOIS – The North Central Pennsylvania Landlord Association will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. Oct. 23 at Ponderosa in DuBois.
The meeting will feature Don Wanninger and Randy Eckman of JC Ehrlich Inc. at 7 p.m.  The group is dedicated to the education of landlords in the region.
