State police at Philipsburg
- An incident of harassment occurred Wednesday on Margaret Street in Rush Township. During the incident, a Philipsburg female allegedly struck the victim with a plastic cup. This, state police said, caused a small cut on the victim’s lip. However, state police noted that the victim declined any prosecution in this case.
- An incident of harassment occurred Sept. 14i in the 400 block of Philips Street in Philipsburg. Further, a known person allegedly posted several unwanted comments on the victim’s Facebook page. The incident, state police said, remains under investigation at this time.
- A hit-and-run accident occurred Sept. 14 on Coaldale Road in Rush Township. Further, an unknown vehicle crashed into a telephone pole and its operator then fled the scene.
Lawrence Township
- Police assisted a disabled motorist at the Clearfield Area Junior – Senior High School.
- Police received a report about an alleged telephone scam.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of disorderly conduct at a hotel on Route 879. Further, police contacted the responsible party and asked them to leave the scene.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of burglary that occurred at a residence along the Glen Richey – Bloomington Highway.
Curwensville Borough
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of burglary that occurred between Sunday and Monday at a Ridge Avenue residence. Further, someone allegedly removed several items from the residence.
