On Aug. 10, 2012, a controlled buy was arranged via cellular telephone with August, and a confidential informant and undercover agent purchased $325 worth of marijuana from him.
In a second case, Young filed a criminal complaint against August on Oct. 7, 2013. He charged him with delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
