William R. Lippert, 67, of Curwensville died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014 at his residence. Born Feb. 16, 1947 in Clearfield, he was the son of Richard and Esther (Irwin) Lippert.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during Vietnam. He worked for Crescent Brickyard, Paris Cleaners and Kent’s Sportswear.
He’s survived by a son, Ralph E. Lippert of Curwensville; a grandson, Levi S. Lippert of Clearfield; his mother, Esther Lippert of Curwensville; and a brother, Jay I. Lippert and his wife, Tammy of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his father; a daughter, Melissa S. Lippert; and a sister, Dorothy Smeal.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville.
At the request of Mr. Lippert, there will be no funeral services. Burial will be held in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.
