Anna Mae Oman, 73, of DuBois died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at DuBois Penn Highlands.
Born June 30, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary E. (Phelps) DeLarme.
On July 30, 1993, she married Lloyd C. Oman. He preceded her in death.
She retired as a guidance counselor from the DuBois Area High School. Prior to that, she was an elementary teacher at Wasson and Oklahoma Elementary Schools for many years.
She was a member of the West Liberty Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family.
She’s survived by three sons, Richard A. Lanzoni and his wife, Michele, Edward V. Lanzoni and his wife, Beth and Paul K. Lanzoni and his wife, Colleen, all of DuBois; one brother, Dale DeLarme of DuBois; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by four step-children, Clifford Oman, Karen Richards, Mark Oman and Stacey Sherwood; four step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Ann Lanzoni; a sister, Mary Mrsny; and four brothers, Frank, Burt, Wray and Lane DeLarme
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Thursday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with the Rev. Phil Colgan officiating.
