CLEARFIELD – Members of the Clearfield Area High School Bison Marching Band, Jocelyn Smith-Vaughan (left) and Cassie Smith (right), participated in the annual Tag Day fundraiser on Friday at local businesses.
Donations collected from generous patrons will help fray the cost of the jackets for the junior members of the band who will wear them proudly during their senior year in high school.
The Clearfield Music Department would like to thank the area businesses for supporting the marching band members. The event, organizers said, was a huge success despite the rain.
The band would like to invite family, friends and fans to view its new halftime show during the next football game at the Bison Sports Complex.
